My Gym Rewards?????

I joined Liberty Own You Life Rewards Program because of the gym rebate at Virgin Active, the Promise is that they pay R50 for my every visit between 10-15th of the ffg month, yet I haven't Received my December Rebates! I had planned to use these funds topay for my Gym membership from the 1st of Feb. So I called on the 13th of Jan to make sure I get my rebate, the call agent said to wait till 15th. noTHINg happed, called again on the 18, they spoke of technical prolems and for me to wait till 23th or so, NOTHING happened, no correspondence either from Liberty, I called on the 24th, they said to wait for the ffg week, at this stage I was fumimg. Anyway, noyhing happened, I Called Again on the 31st, they said I'm not the only one so I must wait, I called on Friday now The 6th of Feb, they funds are released and should be in my account afternoon or Sat morning, Nothing Happened, I've called again Monday the 9th, the agent said funds were released only at 9am that morning and I should expect them in 24-48hrs! I was so angry I told him I'm going to hello Peter I dnt get call frokm his supervisor abt this, cos id called more Thanks 6times! No Calls, I'm now doubting getting my January!
