My cash bsck

Liberty has not pay my cash back, which I was claim on the 20 of August.. I call them try to find out the lady who answer the phone says, I claim the money on July which is not true.. So I don't know if am gonna get my cash back or not.. BAD SERVICES Am not suppose to call them from the first place they should pay my money as promise,, and I will never advise other people especially my friends and family to join liberty
