Good day. My Aunt died last year 20 October 2021, My mom her sister paid for the funeral but has to claim back from her policy that she paid with her pension. Because my mom cant hear over the telephone and is in a wheel chair we helped her out. Took her to the bank to get statements and got all the forms signed. What I want know is what is Liberty doing with the forms I keep sending in and also taken to them. There is still no settlement after three month and al that i am getting is to send the forms in over e-mail that I do every month. This morning I got one a gain and this really was the last straw. This is a time of heart ache and not to battle to get the money that you paid for this purpose of not to stress. What must I do more. Tersia
