MOTHER FRUSTRATED OVER SCHOOL FEE *****

LIBERTY LIFE I’m a 40-year-old women with three children, my husband passed away January 2021.he had an educational policy with liberty. On the 3rd of January 2024 I went to the university to ask for a quotation for the fees. On the 10th of January 2024 I received an email from the university stating that I should not use the banking details that was on the first quotation. Then I submitted the claiming documents to LIBERTY, they processed the payment to the account that is on the quotation, little did I know that I was not the school account. When I received the proof of payment that’s where I found out that the money was deposited to an individual. I went to the school to inform then about what happened, they said they can’t help I should go to the bank; I went to the bank to lodge a ***** case they told me that because the money was not sent from my account LIBERTY should be the one who lays a complain. I then called LIBERTY to tell them of what had happened, I spoke to Bianca who told me that LIBERTY cannot help me. I asked her to send it in writing, she sent through an email stating that LIBERTY won’t be able to assist me in this matter. I then went to open a case of *****, weeks later I receive a call from a police officer who told me that a case has been opened by LIBERTY to investigate me on this matter. Now the school is calling my daughter asking her if we going to pay the fees or not. It breaks my heart that my daughter should struggle to pay fees even though her father made sure that they won’t have to deal with that kind of stress by having that educational policy for their future. My daughter is currently having anxiety and panic attacks because of this matter. How can I get help so LIBERTY can pay the fees for my daughter…... FRUSTRATED MOTHER!
