Most pathetic service ever

I have previously placed a review for this company about not getting back go me with regards to a confitmation letter. I was contacted by a Mr Sizwe afterwards saying that i will recieve an email shortly....... its been more than a week now and i still have not received an email. I had to attempt to contact this company again to fimd ouy they dont answer their phones. I found an email for three weeks prior saying that my matter has been escalated so i decided to email this person, with zero expectations asking to please just send me my letter as this is becoming rather pathetic. After receiving the letter almost 4 weeks later...... i requested for my insurance to be cancelled. I received an email saying someone will contact me shortly and funny enough..... 4 days later ...... i am still waiting. For anyone that considers moving to Liberty life, i hope you read this review... i am pretty sure i am not the only person struggling like this and i would not want anyone that pays for a service like this to struggle in the same manor i have.
