Most atrocious service received to-date!

To-date I have received nothing but atrocious service from this financial service provider.

I have financially immigrated and what a tedious process it has been to get MY monies released to me, entitled to me!

Countless back and fourth, endless "excuses" and hold backs on my retirement annuity pay out.

I'm yet to receive my money after submitting all documents requested from me, yet just another "hold back excuse, received again today" From their representative, all the way to there head office their service has been pathetic.

To those considering joining I suggest you do thorough research especially on processes on "receiving pay outs". As usual they quick to receive money but typically not as quick to release.

I'm at my wits with frustration....
