<p>I had been trying to get information from Liberty regarding a policy for about 2 months without too much luck.</p> <p>Today I spoke to a lady Dineo Ntsoelengoe, who was simply superb. </p> <p>She went out of her way to help me and even though I did not have all the necessary information she went way beyond the call of duty.</p> <p>Thank you so much Dineo, you have restored my faith in Liberty.</p> <p> </p>
