Money reversed from my account

I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to request your assistance in investigating Recently. I made a cash-out transaction via Stash by Liberty, and while the funds were initially received, my virtual card balance is now unexpectedly negative. I contacted standard bank they initiated that I contact Liberty first to check if the money was reversed i kept checking my account the was no money reversed, please fix this mess because my account is on a negative balance now because of Stash.!!!
