Money milking company with worst service

So my sister has had a VERY long relationship with Liberty Life to a point where she's honestly sick and tired of the service. She has been debited 5× what they are supposed to be debiting from October 2021 and it's now January 2023 and there's still no outcome.

She's been to the head office twice already where she just sat and was still not attended to, she called and was told they would follow up and get back to her but they didn't till this day.

She doesn't know what to do now because she's being transferred from pillar to post with no assistance at the end AND she's spending transport money and so forth.
