missing money from my policy

i took out a life policy with liberty on 1st August 2001 which is now almost 23 years old. i send them an email on the 28th of march 2024 regarding the info that is wrong on my cover somehow there is R300 000 missing, then i called them that same day at 16:10 the afternoon, after that i send the another email on the 2nd of April 2024 and i tried calling them at 08:46 that morning but they just ignore me.

i am paying for something that they not giving i need a response urgently!!!

this is very bad service from a big company as yourself.
