Misrepresentation and Non-Refund

I tried to join Liberty Own Your Life Rewards on 20/10/2015 as I was interested in the fitness benefit. After joining I noticed that the fitness benefit was not active. I contacted Liberty and was told that I need to talk to my financial advisor regarding the fitness benefit. At the sign up stage this was not mentioned anywhere on the website. After speaking to to an advisor it turns out I needed a policy of at least R700 a month to activate the fitness benefit. I was not pleased with this and as a result cancelled my Own Your Life product on 02/11/2015. I asked for a refund but was told that this is not possible. How can this be? Liberty did not disclose all the information regarding this product and I am still within the 30 day cooling off period. I demand to be refunded the premium that I paid on 02/11/2015. Thank you
