Mislead

Took in an Policy wednesday 15/12/21 with Palesa, excellent service from her. I then called them back same day to change the start date and I spoke to Mpho. Mpho promised to call me back on Fri 17 Dec 2021. She did not call me (this was a red flag) instead I called and spoke to Yanga. Yanga then started with the new Application and was supposed to start today 18. To my surprise when I phone them they say I'm not covered ...... Ryt now I don't know what's happening cos when I phone them I'm told to phone Monday. I'm beginning to think if I have made the right choice in canceling my cover with previous insurer which has never given me any problems.
