misinformed

I took a life cover with liberty life and it has so many covers on it including salary cover in 2014,the reason I took the life cover was because I was a Temp at work so I needed something that Will cover me in case I loosed my job and my financial advisor suggested the cover.I lost my job this year August and I called them and I explained to them what kind of police I had and wanted to claim but they told me that they had a police that I was talking about but unfortunately it wasn't one I took and I will have to talk to my advisor as he misinformed about the police,I explained to them that he resigned long time ago and said they could not help.am very disappointed with the service because I've been paying to liberty but now I have to find the former employee and ask him to deal with my query imagine...
