Maturity payout delay

I have submitted a maturity payout request to Liberty on 5 May 2017. Got a email back with a reference number saying that they have received it and that it will be attended to. Today is 12 June 2017. I have not heard one word from anyone at Liberty. I have emailed several times asking for feedback. All i get is a stupid automated reply with the same message everytime. I have phoned several times. I have asked nicely. i have become impatient. I have cried. I have screamed. I have asked nicely again. To no avail! They obvioulsy have NO intention of paying out money that DOES NOT even belong to them anymore! My reference number is: ********** 1 I also have another reference number of ********** 3. Please go listen to the recording of this call. I specifically asked the lady if the call was being recorded. And she promised that someone will phone me back before COB Friday. I phoned again this morning. And apparently a team leader was on his way to the desk to sort everything out and phone me back. This was just after 8am. Still NO WORD! no phone call. no message. no email. SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY horrific. I will not advise anyone to ever consider Liberty for any financial needs.

Reviewer Update

Thanks for getting back to me, and following up on this complaint. I can say that Justin in the contact centre, the 3rd person I spoke to with regards to this, - has done as promised. Followed up, get the relevant people to sort it out AND he phoned me back to give feedback as promised. Employee of the month right there!
Thanks
Zurika
