Few months ago I wrote a bad review about the hassles I was having with Liberty life. Mqwati, Sibu called me to handle my matter after a few phone calls and e-mails, and me being very rude my matter was resolved I want to take this opportunity to thank Mqwati, Sibu, for her patience and her kindness and for always being professional, my matter has been resolved and it thanks to one lady Mqwati, Sibu. Thank dear for everything and please find it in your heart to forgive this grumpy lady that shouted you, I'm sure you swore a million times n your mind already, but I thank you for solving my matter.
