Management has No control over staff!!! Useless!!!

It has been 13days since I submitted a claim for a very small paid up policy. 1st consultant - Sihle was suppose to put my claim through to payments on 22 Dec., so imagine my surprise when I spoke to Dianna on 29 Dec. just to find out that NOTHING had been done?!!!! Spoke to Nhlanhla very early on 30 Dec. who would pass my message to a manager that I needed to be contacted - yet again .... what a surprise... Liberty and staff would rather hurry to get gone for the holidays than contact ‘little old me’. I tell you - working from home where people do not get monitored or managed is the worst idea ever!!!! Their service is just pathetic to say the least!!!!
