Lying Liberty! 001
Lying Liberty not keeping up to it's own promises! 1. Promised to payout my claim in 7 days. I am now on day 9 & have not received a cent. 2. Wrote an email to make a follow up & they promised to respond within 24 hours (automated email response) . 48hours later, dololo response! 3. I phoned their call center & their polite agent said it will take 48 hours to respond to my emails due to their backlog.
They never mentioned any backlog on any of their communications with me before until I phoned them! This is really shockingly poor service from a reputable insurer.
I want my payout without any further delay!

24 Nov 2022, 16:40My advise to other Liberty customers is that whatever turnaround times they promise, you should double or quadruple them. It is now 14 days since they promised settle my claim & only today I received confirmation of payment. It will take up to 48 hours for the money to eventually reach my account.
