Lost disclosure documents by Liberty is not NON=DISCLOSURE

Liberty refuse the client's right to copy the policy documents at inception of the policy. Liberty Life then lose your disclosures and medical tests and 10 years later at claim stage ,refuse to pay out the policy benefits due to the reason of NON-DISCLOSURE.

Make sure you copy all documents at inception of a policy. Do not sign any policies with Liberty unless you have a full copy of signed documents especially medical disclosures.
