Lost 9 months worth of my retirement savings in the last 15 months - soon to be ex-client

On my two RA's and provident fund preservation I have lost R21000 in 15 months with Liberty. And now they are charging me around R15000 to take this money out of Liberty so that I can invest it somewhere else. That's around R36000 I have lost in the last 15 months - with my monthly payments that were at R4000 (went up in September 2018) this equates to around 9 months of my retirement savings that I have lost - 9 MONTHS WHICH IS A YEAR OF CONTRIBUTIONS TOWARDS MY RETIREMENT. How will I ever be able to make this up!!!! I will never be able to!!! THANKS LIBERTY YOU ****ING ASSHOLES!!!!

What a bunch of *********** ******* this company is comprised of.

Also don't believe it when Liberty says they have responded to the hellopeter complaint - I raised my complaint a month ago and another two complaints on hellopeter since then (excluding this one) and all I have been receiving each week via email is that they are investigating and my next email from them has been postponed for another week. This is all they keep on doing.

I raised a concern 12 months ago about the ill performance of these investments both to Liberty directly and with Theesan Naicker (liberty financial adviser at the Johannesburg, Bedfordview branch - with whom I took out these investments) and all I got from Theesan was "give it a year and it will recover". He didn't try to re-invest the money into something more cautious/or make any plans with me to try to rectify the situation, and back then I had lost 3% of my savings - no hand was lifted by him to rectify the situation, and since then I have lost an additional 6% of my savings taking it from 3% then to 9% now. Also Theesan came to see me a month ago to give me his pathetic excuse about why he has lost me so much ****ING money (yes I have a similar investment with old mutual and they haven't lost any money, and with Sygnia who have made money over the last 15 months), and he said he would move the portfolios over to a more cautious investment, and will send me the forms to do so - that was a month ago and still no word or any forms from this *********** idiot - he doesn't give a **** about your money only his commission so DON'T EVER USE this *******!!!! Liberty themselves just sent me an email explaining how the investments work over time - NO: are you happy with this portfolio the way it is/do you want to adjust the portfolio etc./ How can we help to make things better? ****-ALL help from these people!!!!!

I can't wait until ALL my money is out of Liberty and somewhere else!!!! As if I am going to keep my money with these idiots only to loose more HUGE amounts of it over time with them to end up with nothing at retirement. Liberty is a bunch of thieving con artists - they know ****-all about managing your investments and growing your money for you!!!!
