Lorina is a disgrace to Liberty Life

At 3.45pm on the 17/04/2019 (today) i received a call from ********** 444 and a person by the name of Lorina said she is calling me on behalf of Liberty Life as much as i am interested in hearing more about the product as i need a life cover for my daughter i asked Lorina to call back cause i was in a noisy space. She responded by saying what time should she call me i said tomorrow she very rudely told me she didnt ask me when she asked me what time very very rudely i told her not to call me again as i dont appreciate her attitude whats worse is when i answered that call she was singing in my ear and did not even apologise for that. When i told her not to call me she said to me i must stop being difficult and even snapped her tongue at me. Liberty life is such a reputable company i am asking myself who listens to Lorina's calls for quality...i work for one of thr biggest banks in South Africa and we believe that customer service is very important. LORINA is the worst thing i have ever had to deal with and i hope she never calls anybody else for the rest of her life. The Ombudsman must hear about this Lorina person she is *********** and unprofessional and she is dragging liberty through the mud...i want liberty to deal with this lorina i want her to call and to apologise and i want management to take drastic action against this woman she is a disgrace to the sales industry ... someone gey back to me or i will escalate this to the Ombudsman no matter what it takes.
