Long overdue IRP5
I've been writing to them for my IRP5 to be submitted to SARS. To date, this is still outstanding. I specifically asked them to send it to SARS, with no luck yet. Their complaints department isn't much help either. Unfortunately their site doesn't have the contact details of senior managers.

23 Sept 2024, 13:20This issue was addressed previously with the almost same response, which is not on. It shouldn't take this long to submit an IRP5 to SARS. Kindly submit same immediately and advise accordingly.

Like I've stated before, they have the IRP5 with them, as they've sent it to me erroneously. It was brought to their attention countless times that it MUST be sent to SARS. I'm wondering if I've made a huge mistake by investing with Liberty. No one at this company seems to care at all. I have no idea what else to do.

23 Sept 2024, 15:11Another almost same response. But no solution to my issue. Must be a difficult task for Liberty to just submit the IRP5? They have this with them already. Makes me wonder if anyone actually wants to help. And if they know what they're doing.
