LLiberty can't tell me where my money disappeared to...

I had a Provident Fund with Liberty through my employer. When I was no longer employed I app**** for my Provident to be paid out to me. The initial application was done in December of 2024, the payment was only received in April of 2025 after numerous calls and emails. Then when tax season came, SARS said that I had received almost double the amount that Liberty paid out to me. After another bunch of calls I finally received THREE IRP5's from Liberty, reflecting THREE tax directives from SARS but only proof of payment for two of the amounts/directives. Now I have an IRP5 claiming I received a LOT of money, I was even taxed for it, but no can give me a proof of payment, tell me where the money went or what happened. But my fund is apparently empty. It's been escalated and reported more times than I can recall, each time with the promise that I'd be contacted with an update within 48 hours, to no avail... The advisor that set the Provident Funds also will no longer take my calls or answer my messages.

Where is my money Liberty? What on earth is going on?
