Life protection

Feb 2021 I logged a claim for my life protection at liberty insurance. I gave them all required documents they needed. They don’t even call or email concerning my claim. They don’t want to finalise the claim. I am sick and struggling to pay my premium R659 pm please intervene. I need help to get my claim.
