LIFE COVER REDUCED WITH NO WARNING

I received an email April 2015 showing life cover of almost R900 000. On 24 June I received an email showing life cover reduced to just below R781 000 due to \compulsory premium increases not being received". I phoned the following day and have made a further 4 telephone calls"
