Libery Life - What poor service looks like

The level of service is extremely poor. I have made over 20 calls to their service centre in the past 2 months and my matter remains unresolved. I have never ever experienced such level of frustration in my life. Policies are cancelled, but money flows to them every months, it has been 3 months now. What a bunch of *****.
