libery life and fairhead

so my mom passed away and she was with liberty, so the 4 kids she has we were given under R4000 each and apparently they have paid a lumpsum to Fairhead investing the rest of the money so that my Brother a minor then will be taken care of when he reaches 21years old. I had to take care of him because I was unaware that they we suppose to take of him. now my younger sister is busy trying to findout what happened and now they are giving us a run around. no one seem to know what is happening but they can pick up the info on their system. my brother is now 30years old!!!
