Liberty's very bad service (Retirement Annuity cancellation ) - ***
Very bad service when it upon cancellation, service is good when joining except when you have to cancel.
All required documents are sent through for cancellation and it has been months but I keep getting messages that they are not received, ridiculous service. I would advise you not to take Liberty's Retirement Annuity or any policies if you want peace of mind.
