Liberty's Failure to Honor Quotes

I had six life policies with Liberty for many years. The first one was in taken in 1988. When I took advances on the policies in May 2011 Liberty supp**** six quotes noting that y premiums will be fixed up until age 85. Liberty has failed to honor the quotes & canceled three policies because I refused to pay higher premiums. The long Term Ombudsman, FSB/ FSCA & FAIS Ombudsman has since 2015 failed to assist me by failing to hold Liberty accountable for the quotes. The following is an email I sent to my advisor on Friday 30 July 2021:-

"Thank you for your assistance. I was not expecting a different response. It is obvious that both Liberty & the ombudsman have failed since 2014 to deal with the quotes. Attached is my letter to the ombudsman dated 10 February 2020. I have highlighted the important paragraph. Liberty informed you during 2019 that the premiums will be fixed up until age 85 which corresponds with the information on the quotes in 2011. You informed me accordingly. Does Liberty realize the consequences of supplying incorrect information? Liberty has time & again supp**** information & later retracted them. The NPA noted that the ombudsman is the one that should be holding Liberty accountable for the quotes. Both Liberty & the ombudsman have time & again failed to deal with the quotes. Their refusal, in writing, not to honor the quotes is what I needed. I will now inform the NPA accordingly. At this time I will not be accepting any of Liberty's proposals on the review letter. I hereby reserve all my rights on my six Liberty policies ( three of which Liberty have cancelled) until a determination is made by the court.

The act, you must know, is very clear that a quote must be supp**** at every transaction. Liberty supp**** you & the ombudsman with the quotes in 2014 but the ombudsman has now noted after so many years that they are not allowed to deal with quotes. One must admit that this is after a very long time. It is obvious that they are making up rules to suit Liberty. When I studied arbitration I understood that a quote, once accepted, can not be revoked."
