Liberty’s AWFUL SERVICE

Pathetic service!!!! My brother passed on over a year ago & still waiting for a claim to be processed. 🥺 Zero feedback…. Managers are NEVER available & NEVER respond to emails. Thank goodness all my policies are with OLD MUTUAL… best service ever!! Brothers other OLD MUTUAL policy was paid within weeks of passing on. Sad that one has the heartache of dealing with your family members death and you must still deal with companies like Liberty. I wonder when will this claim EVER be resolved🤔
