Liberty/Frank.net Income retrenchment cover a farce

I have to say I am very disappointed with Liberty Life, my police from Frank.net was changed to them, I have been paying and paying and paying every year inceases are lumped on with no notification and to add injury to insult the benefits do not increase. If I cancel I do not get anything back which means in the last few years I have probably lost around R30000 incl of any interest. Pehaps I need to cut my losses and everybody else who has come kind of policy should think twice about this company.
