I am a Life policy holder and account holder of a Stanlib Gateway account with Liberty for the past 5 years. I requested for a withdrawal on the 11th of December 2023 and still have not received MY MONEY. Fast forward to today after 4 call bacl requests from Manager, 150 minutes of calls later and several emails STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MONEY. Liberty your short staff, backlog and service received is absolutely appalling to say the least. I WANT MONEY IMMEDIATELY , I WILL THEN DO A FULL WITHDRAWAL MONTH END TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND WILL VE CANCELLING MY LIFE COVER FOR SURE. if this is the service you offer imagine what you will do to my family when I'm gone.
