LIBERTY you should be ashamed of yourselves

I have had a liberty life cover and the lifestyle cover plus for over 10 years. I have needed to claim once for cardio vascular. I now have been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy, submitted all the forms, however have been declined as nerve system and cardio are seen as one thing, cardio is heart and nerves are nerves. Liberty group declined without consulting my treating doctor, the doctor said liberty did not even contact him for diagnosis. I have been laid off work due to not being able to physically perform my duties. So basically liberty has now forced me to loose my medical aid, I will not be able to continue to do monthly installments for liberty, I see it as liberty has won, and me as a client for so many years, lost my job, cannot put food on the table, cannot continue with medical treatment, cannot continue with any financial commitments. We have checked and peripheral neuropathy is covered but liberty has declined any payout. I will be taking steps to ombudsman as this is not legal.
