Liberty. Worse investment ever.

My late wife has an RA with liberty.

After her passing i filled out all the paperwork as requested with the claim form. Al supporting docs was attached and sent through to them.

Now they have to do a 45 working day investigation into looking for other dependants. Now if the information is not filled out on the form it means there is no information to share or it simply doesnt exist. Am i Right or Wrong?

When I last spoke to them they told me that they are on day 14 of the 45 working day investigation.

That was over a month ago. The lady I spoke to said the liberty is considerring wether to pay or not. What the ****? Its my Wifes money that she paid every ****ing month and now these bunch of idiotic **** suckers want to considder.

There is nothing to considder. Then they requested an affidavit from me stating that there are no dependants. I sent it through and havent heard a single word from liberty again.

On numorous occations i have phoned and NO ONE can give me answers. They wanna sell policies but then **** up when it comes to claims.

I have requested callbacks as well and NO ONE has phoned me. Can someone from Liberty grow some ****ing ***** and just pick a ****ing phone and ****ing give the info i require. It sure as **** can be that ****ing difficult.
