Liberty wont pay out my money

I am at my wits’ end. I got retrenched in July. Since then, I have been trying to withdraw my provident fund. In August, I started the process and until today I am still waiting. I have followed up every week.

I was told all is in order. On 8 September, they asked for the last contribution date. This was given, and afterwards they said my company has not allocated the last two months. They saw the monies but could not allocate them. Every time they say it will be done in 15 days.

Last week, I asked them to pay what is there and forget about the last two months, but I still don’t have my money. If it’s not this, it’s that — fund manager this or supervisor that. Four escalations have been sent to no avail.

I am the only breadwinner. The landlord is waiting for me to pay rent by the 10th, but still nothing. Can someone please help me?
