Liberty will keep your money no matter what. Beware!
I have been trying to receive my money from a cessation of a policy. Liberty has dragged this out for over 3 months and still not resolved the issue in a timeous manner and refuse for fight for their customer. Service is fine until you actually need your money then they just don't care.

25 Sept 2024, 17:48On the 17th of September. I received an email from TK (name redacted) from liberty, fawning about how sorry they were and "The matter has been escalated and we trust it will be resolved when we get the directive back within 48 hours ". Then on the 20th I got another email "We acknowledge that there was a failure" and " You should get feedback from us no later than close of business on 25 September 2024"
Unsurprisingly it is past the COB on the 25th and nothing.
As stated before avoid them and don't trust a word they say.
