Liberty Why

I requested cancellation of all my products that i have with Liberty on the 03/*** am still waiting for confirmation that all my policies have been cancelled instead I receive an email about details that have been updated on my policy , and I think Liberty Life is doing delay tactics so that they can deduct the R1018 again at the end of this month I really regret the day I signed those papers to join liberty life because i am crying now everyday.

What is so funny I cancelled other policies also on the same day I cancelled Liberty and by tuesday I had confirmation letters that my policies has been cancelled
