Liberty, useless and *********.

If I could minus a star, I would minus infinity. I have really been struggling to get anywhere with Liberty. When I tried to claim disability they suddenly found loads of excuses also saying that i didn't disclose having asthma. Which their initial broker did not disclose and after that, they sent a nurse to my work for the check up and I told her about it and filled in a form to say I have asthma (before i tried to claim disability). After asking for that document numerous times i gave up as Liberty just kept denying it's existence (super convenient, not to mention *********). NOW i have an issue where i had to change banks and they went and debited the wrong bank after i FINALLY got the forms from them after asking and asking for it. They started my policy from scratch even though i immediately sent through 2 payments via eft the day I received the sms that the other bank rejected payment. THAT MONEY HAS BEEN LOST IN SPACE LIKE A CRYPTO CURRENCY. Your/my NEW broker, Renier van Niewenhuizen, is a no show, naught on a contract, did not contact me back even though I've left many messages for him (in different ways) to contact me urgently to sort this out. Now liberty says i owe them money...again...imagine how p'd off i am...just take a guess...
