Liberty untrusted insurance company

I Called liberty to cancel a funeral claim since well the person i insured is nomore. She pasted away on the 05 August 2021. even today they are still deduction R291. I called them several time but still they deduct. its been three months now if i count August to October 2021. they dont want to refund me. they are ******, when they had to attend to your matter, they will lie over the phone
