Liberty unresponsive for 6 months, while premiums continue to be deducted...

16 September 2019 I clearly communicated to Liberty for details of a Financial Advisor to be removed from my policies, with no further deductions in this regard. This instruction was confirmed by Liberty. Five months, several calls and emails later, this request has not been implemented. I have emailed complaints, escalated the matter. 27 February 2020 the struggle continues. A decade with Liberty, my will, life cover, retirement, child education policy and referrals. This is the gratitude shown.
