Liberty the worst service ever!!!!

Trying to get a correctly dated IRP5 from Liberty is not working. After a few emails, phoning, the same wrongly dated IRP5 is send. I can't complete my tax due to this very very very bad service, why is the dates wrong in the first place. I will never use Liberty for anything in future, but it still does not solve my problem. Any suggestions, like the CEO's cell number or what can I do?
