Liberty terrible claims process
Liberty has the worst claims process. No1 keeps you informed i have put a claim in more than a month ago with no feedback at all. When i call in i get told the claim is in process and someone will contact me this was 2 weeks ago i have received no calls or emails

22 Oct 2024, 10:16Today i get a email from your service desk email address the same address that takes over a week to repond asking me for documentation which i have submitted on numorous occations! If i do not receive and email from someone i can contact directly today i will go to the ombudsman as this is ridiculous.
