Liberty Telkom Medical aid subsidy

Good afternoon

My father passed away 12/05/2025. He was a member of Bestmed Medical aid of which Liberty gives subsidy to retired Telkom employees.

I've sent an e-mail 16/05/2025 to *** on behalf of my mother informing them of my father's passing and to enquiry about my mother that continues on the medical aid and still qualifies for the subsidy.

We also tried phoning the call centre whereby we were advised that we must sent an email as they don't take telephonic enquiries. We need to confirm the process and documents required from us for this benefit to continue.

Up to date we have not receive any response from Liberty. My mother is a pensioner and is currently paying the medical aid in full.
