I would like to make a special mention of an employee from Liberty who has always shown professionals and sympathy to me as your client. Thank you Mariana Rademeyer for always stepping in and going the extra mile to help me.

On the other hand I've had nothing but agony dealing with Neriss Farmer who needs constant reminding to process payments and has wrong numbers listed on her signature so we cannot get through to her. May I request Liberty to have Neriss Farmer get back to me as I've sent countless e-mails with Mariana also stepping in to ask her to respond. It's real torture working with her and I need to make mention of this for others.
