Liberty taking advantage

This company is a ****, I am very much concerned what will happen to my kids should anything happen to me. I submitted my 2 pot on the 23/09/2024 up until today no payment has been made. They recieed directive on the 23/10/2024 tell me why am i still not paid. What is worse is that they reversed the payment on the 13/11/2024 due to bank details yet my bank confirmaion has been attached. No call has been made to me I had to hear that from Ntsako that escalated the matter on the 18/11/2024. The manager still hasn't came back to them. This morning I spoke to Mpho that asked Ntsako to send again to the mager tried to connect me to the supervisor it failed again. These people are not to be trusted handling our finances I am extremely dissapointed
