Liberty sucks!
This is the most useless company when you try to get your money out. I have been trying for 6/weeks to get some retirement annuities and provident fund payouts. Each time we complete the forms, then when we enquire a week later they say it is the wrong forms, even though they send it to my broker!! Then a new cycle starts of waiting 5-7 weeks, even though they caused the delay. Stay away from this company. It might be fine now while you are contributing, but believe me, when you have a claim your problems will start. When you need help, this is definitely not the people to approach

28 Aug 2024, 10:54Forwarding does not help. Still no money and no advice as to what I must do with all my debit orders bouncing and not being able to buy my prescription medicine. No apology for taking 6 weeks, You just don't care. How will it assist me if you escalate this (again) to the same people who did not do anything the first time you escalated it? You can see why we need to warn people not to use you - even after escalation (several times by the way), still nothing happens
