Liberty still refuse to help

Last week I submitted complaints regarding Liberty's lack of communication and unwillingness to assist and solve my issues. All they do is copy and paste the same message and does no effort in trying to help. I will be filling this to the ombudsman as it has been too long for Liberty to try and solve this issue.
