Liberty still minus 5

I've complained about liberty life on 17 & 24 December 2024, refusing to pay a legit claim.

After complaint at the ombudsman they tried a lot stories but before the ombudsman could rule they e changed their minds and paid me by the end of June.

Don't let the big companies bully you into submission!!! They'll try to throw the book at you even if such a book don't exist!
