Liberty *****ing provident funds

My cousin used to work for a company and she was dismissed. The company has instructed Liberty to not pay out her provident fund. Based on the Pension fund act 1956 no provident fund can be withheld unless the employee agrees in writing or if there is a civil case against the former employee. To date, 4 months after she was dismissed, she has not consented to the provident fund being withheld nor has her former company taken any civil action against her. Liberty has now stopped responding to her emails and calls. How can a big company like Liberty ***** money ********ly from people that have paid money into schemes and just ignore them. is this how you operate as a company. Liberty has no legal means on which to withhold payment so now they act asif you dont exist. I for one will make it a mission to tell everyone i know about these underhand dealings of liberty and will never in my life take out anything that comes from them, what a bunch of ******* while my cousin sits on the street cos she has no money whatsoever. This is disgraceful to say the least
