LIBERTY STASH TRASH

Liberty Stash has the poorest service from the service consultants down right to its managers. The fact that thei agents have a snarks attitude when youre having an inquiry is beyond disgusting because this is the service they wanted to offer.

After multiple attempts to cash out my amount stash says they are receiving a card rejection error but when I loaded the card and did my stash on it it was perfectly fine. I took it upon me to call the number on stash only to find that its a ***** line and instead of the agent transferring my call to the relevant department she gives me attitude that was Kamogelo from the ***** line. I call for the second time and spoke to Mpho who transferred my call blindly to a manager who has the audacity to ask where I am as if that has anything to do with the call, his name is John and he also transferred me to another agent.

At this point I'm being taken from pillar to post as if Im no a Client if this is how Liberty treats their customers Im done with you because the level of service you provide is beyond pathetic.

If I do not receive a call regarding my cash out and closing that account I will resort to emailing the financial Ombudsman. Stash has agents who are ***** and disrespectful and I have no intention having a long term investment with people or an institution who has no regard for customer service
