Liberty STASH not paying out.

So I am getting worried about my STASH payout. I requested my payout on the 18th Nov 2024 and usually it takes about two days. After a week I didn't receive my cash, now it has been two weeks and still now money. All the mails that I receive just say that they are investigating the matter, I asked for an ETA but only get is that we are investigating.

I am not attacking or saying that this is a bad company, but I would love for someone to actually call me and explain what is happening. I've seen cases up to 5 months that has not been resolved on reviews, so I am getting worried.

Please advise me on what to do.
